During the conference, a joint scientific project involving Russian endovascular surgeons and their colleagues from India (Chirag Kamal Ahuja) and China (Xinyu Yang) was initiated. Apart from scientific activities that includes delivering lectures, organizing conferences and other scientific and educational projects in the participating countries.

“Very interesting lectures on the treatment of the vein of Galen in children were given by our Russian colleagues. Excellent experience has been gained. We heard and discussed very interesting cases and also impressive results,” remarked Chirag Kamal Ahuja, Senior Professor of Neuroimaging and Interventional Neuroradiology, Center for Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (Chandigarh, INDIA).
