Head of the Research Center for Endovascular Neurosurgery of Federal Center of Brain Research and Neurotechnologies of Federal Medical-Biological Agency of Russia, Director of the Russian Endovascular Neuro Society Kirill Yu. Orlov delivered a presentation at the International Conference Vascular Experts – 2023.
The conference was traditionally held at N.N. Burdenko National Center for Neurosurgery on April 6 – 7. K. Yu. Orlov’s speech was devoted to endovascular treatment of technically complex cerebral aneurysms.
At the end of the conference, an awarding was held in the main conference hall. K. Yu. Orlov was awarded the Academician F.A. Serbinenko gold medal. Fedor Andreevich Serbinenko is known as the founder of endovascular neurosurgery. The ideology and principles of intravascular interventions he developed are constantly improved by his students and followers.
