On September 15, 2023 in Irkutsk, the Russian Endovascular Neuro Society conducts an educational course Treatment of Ischemic Stroke. Similar courses also take place on August 1-3, 2023 on Russky Island and November 1-3, 2023 in Moscow. The goal of the courses is systemic and comprehensive professional training of practitioners in the field of endovascular neurosurgery and neurointervention.
“The RENS has been successfully running such courses since 2019. The program is updated annually to include the latest updates on neurointervention technologies, which is an apparent advantage of this educational project. Moreover, when updating this course, we always try to take into account, first of all, the interests of the participants who not only have different qualifications and experience but also work in different medical institutions. In this regard, we are constantly expanding the geography of the educational course and are very pleased that in 2023 we are holding one of them in Irkutsk. In this way, we give a real opportunity for practitioners from different regions to gain up-to-date knowledge and master advanced methods of endovascular treatment of ischemic stroke”, underlined Kirill Yu.
