Course Treatment of Stroke Patients on The Russian Island Takes Place on August 1-2

On August 1-2, 2023, the RENS in collaboration with the FEFU Medical center runs an educational course Treatment of Stroke Patients on the Russky Island.
This course was developed by RENS specialists with the support and active participation of:
* Russian Association of Neurosurgeons
* Russian Scientific Society of Specialists in X-ray Endovascular Diagnosis and Treatment
* Russian Federal Medical-Biological Agency
* I.I. Janelidze St. Petersburg Research Institute of Emergency Medicine.,
* N.N. Burdenko National Medical Research Center of Neurosurgery
* The Far Eastern State Medical University
The main goal of the course is to provide comprehensive and advanced training of medical practitioners in the field of endovascular neurosurgery.
The course covers both the theoretical fundamentals of endovascular neurosurgery and the practical methods of X-ray endovascular diagnostics and treatment. It also involves mentoring sections when the participants are divided into groups assigned to a mentor, a renowned expert in the field who shares their experience with the group members, answers their questions, and give recommendations. Such interaction enables sharing scientific and practical knowledge and skills in a professional medical environment. These organizational principles make it possible to effectively acquire new knowledge, obtain relevant practical skills, and use them to modernize the process of diagnosing and treating patients with vascular pathologies in medical institutions of various levels.
Another important feature of this educational course is that it takes place at the FEFU Medical center, a medical campus fully equipped with the necessary state-of-the-art equipment designed to master and apply knowledge and skills in the field of endovascular neurosurgery.
